Cancellation Policy
- If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance so we can adjust your booking accordingly.
- For cancellations or rescheduling within 24 hours of your appointment, a $30 fee will apply. We appreciate your understanding.
In case of late arrival, if the technician still has enough time to provide the service, we will proceed with your service and a late fee will be charged.
Late Fee: We offer a 15-minute grace period for all clients. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, a $10 late fee will apply. If you are more than 30 minutes late, unfortunately, we will not be able to accommodate your appointment.
